Welcome to the Chick-fil-A Bellevue family! I hope that you are excited because we are excited & blessed to have you. You are now starting your professional career and that is something to be excited about and focused on.

The next step on your journey is orientation. At orientation you will visit the following areas of focus:

  • Scheduling

  • Safety and Security (covers physical, food and social aspects of safety)

  • What to expect while training

  • Menu training

  • Housekeeping items

  • Dress and Appearance

  • Team Member Handbook

  • Breakout session (intro to focus areas)

Trainee Progression

Individual progression notes are kept confidential. You will be subject to a 14-30-45 day review. You will be given a heads up of approximately when to expect the review either from the training director or from one of the coordinators. In the meantime, feel free to review the following training matrices:
